1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing, browsing, or utilizing HotelFlexi (a product of NovaX AI), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access the platform or its associated web services.
2. SaaS Subscription & Platform Capabilities
HotelFlexi delivers front desk property management, zero-commission direct booking engines, housekeeping siren alert notifications, restaurant dining POS, and bilingual AI concierge tools. Subscription tiers (Essential ₹499/mo, Pro ₹999/mo, Enterprise ₹1,999/mo) define active room inventories and staff permissions.
3. Indian GST & Accounting Disclaimer
HotelFlexi provides automated calculations and printable folios based on SAC 9963 hospitality GST tax rates (12% and 18%). Hotel property owners and operators remain solely responsible for the legal verification of their GSTIN filings, monthly returns, and statutory tax compliance with state and central authorities.
