Is GST charged on the subscription?
18% GST is applicable on HotelFlexi subscription fees as per Indian tax regulations. Your monthly invoice includes a proper tax invoice with our GSTIN for input tax credit claims.
What happens after the 14-day trial ends?
Your data and configuration are preserved. Our team will reach out before the trial ends to help you choose the right plan. If you choose not to continue, your account is safely archived for 30 days.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Upgrades can be activated immediately on request. There are no penalties for plan changes.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing saves you approximately 17% compared to monthly. The full annual amount is billed upfront. Annual plans receive priority support and are eligible for complimentary setup sessions.
