1. 14-Day Risk-Free Trial
HotelFlexi provides every newly registered hotel property an unrestricted 14-day free trial. No payment card or upfront deposit is required to test the front desk calendar, room blockages, billing engine, or housekeeping sirens. You can cancel at any moment during the trial with zero cost.
2. Subscription Cancellation
Hoteliers may cancel recurring monthly or annual plans at any point via the dashboard under Settings > Subscription or by notifying support at info@novaxai.in. Once cancelled, your property continues to have active access until the end of the paid billing period.
3. Refund Eligibility & Processing
If a technical service interruption occurs or you are unsatisfied within the first 7 days of an initial paid subscription renewal, you may submit a refund request. Approved refunds are credited back to the original source (Razorpay, UPI ID, or bank account) within 5–7 banking days.
